WHAT'S THIS ABOUT PRIVATE BOOKINGS?
All bookings are private. That is, no other groups will be joining your group.
DO WE NEED TO SIGN WAIVERS?
All participants must sign a waiver prior to their experience. A link to instructions on how to complete waiver will be sent following a successful booking. Please check your spam folder in case you do not receive these instructions.
To speed up processing, we also ask that the waiver instruction email be forwarded to the rest of your party and filled in prior to your arrival.
IS A DEPOSIT REQUIRED WHEN BOOKING?
We are requesting full payment at the time of booking. Should the number of participants in your group change, the difference will be charged or refunded to the card on file.

HOW MUCH TIME WILL I HAVE?
You will have 60 minutes to complete the Puzzle Adventure Escape Room. The world is counting on you!

ARE YOU WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE?
We are located on the second floor of International Village Mall which has elevator access to every floor. Additionally, we have designed our Puzzle Adventure Escape Rooms to allow wheelchair access in and around the rooms. However, please note that while some puzzles in the rooms are not physically accessible by those in wheelchairs, we always encourage the mental participation in the problem solving process!
ARE WALK-IN CUSTOMERS PERMITTED?
Yes! If we have availability, walk-ins are welcome. However, it is recommended that your Puzzle Adventure Escape Room experience is booked in advance using our online booking system to secure your time.
WE’RE STUCK! CAN WE GET A HINT?
We recognize that saving the world from imminent disaster is a difficult task. Luckily there will be hints available in our Puzzle Adventure Escape Room to guide you to your ultimate goal.
HOW DO I BOOK?
Booking is simple. Simply click here or choose the “Book Now” option at the top of the page and choose the “chapter” or Puzzle Adventure Escape Room theme you would like to experience.
ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED?
Yes – our adventures are suitable for children ages 8 and up. We ask that children between the ages of 8-15 be accompanied by an adult.
THE PUZZLE ADVENTURE ESCAPE ROOMS ARE CALLED “CHAPTERS.” DO THEY NEED TO BE COMPLETED IN ORDER?
Although our rooms are called chapters, you are not required to complete them in sequential order. Think of the chapters as separate adventures that tie into the central plot.
